Chongqing Ruili Packaging & Printing Co., Ltd. was founded as the original venture under the same shareholders. Starting with a 10-person team, the company focused on paper packaging products including cartons and paper boxes. This marks the beginning of the New Ruili story.

Chengdu Ruili Packaging Co., Ltd. was established. Specializing in color-printed packaging such as color cartons and gift boxes, our business footprint expanded into the heartland of Southwest China.

Chongqing Ruili Nuoxin Packaging Products Co., Ltd. was established. Specializing in EPE foam cushioning packaging, we stepped into the field of protective inner packaging.

Nearly 50 mu (approx. 33,000 ㎡) of land was acquired in Degan Industrial Park, Jiangjin, Chongqing, laying the groundwork for our self-owned modern production base.

 On January 19, to operate our selfbuilt industrial base and advance grouplevel deployment, the shareholders founded Chongqing New Ruili Packaging & Printing Co., Ltd. The company engages in manufacturing and sales of inner & outer packaging including paper and plastic products. From then on, New Ruili became the core operating entity of the group.

Our brand-new self-owned factory was completed, and the company completed full-scale relocation. In the same year, annual sales exceeded RMB 100 million for the first time.

Chongqing Tianze Plastics Co., Ltd. was established. It specializes in plastic inner packaging materials including functional films, air column cushion bags and high-barrier vacuum bags. This completed our one-stop service covering paper outer packaging and plastic inner packaging.

In December 2023, a fire caused by static electricity broke out at one of our plants. With the support of the local government, we activated our emergency and recovery plans immediately: no customer order was delayed, and no employee left the company. By November 2024, the new plant had been fully rebuilt and production fully resumed, with our annual targets achieved as planned. For us, this experience reinforced a simple belief — reliability is not a promise made in good times, but a commitment honored in challenging ones.
